Whats in your hair? I think a piece of dirt or sth
This is actually where I am in life! I have Primary Progress Multiple Sclerosis, Crohn’s, hypertension, and who knows what else. I was on the medical merry-go-round with nothing to show for it. Frustrated, I moved to a plant-based diet. My goal wasn’t to cure anything but reduce inflammation (and get closer to a 6-pack if possible 😅). I’m still learning but transitioning to a plant-based diet has vastly increased my energy, mobility, and memory. I’m not cured by any stretch of the imagination, but I’ve been able to do a lot more in a day than I used to!
Wow you extra
as someone who doesnt love raw fish, this is perfect.
Anyone have the recipe?
Never understand how people eat “plant based” and have no regard for the billions of animals force bred and killed. Can’t imagine having that lack of empathy & compassion. The human race is truly self obsessed.
Thank you. What can you do with outer layers?
What temperature was the oven on?
This looks spectacular!
Are you kidding? Watermelon is 92% water. The oven will completely dehydrate it. It's a NO for me.
❤❤❤ 😮
What temp for the oven?
Looks delicious 🤤
I absolutely LOVE when watermelon is used in savory dishes. This looks incredible to me.
This! My skin cleared up and I stopped getting migraines!
🎉😂❤
❤
I heard that Anthony's brand doesn't have that flour taste like Bob Mills. I want to mix in KFC Seasonings into it, and fry it up!!
Faux-ke bowl
2 hrs energy waste for a juicy fruit looking like tuna shaped 🙏🏿🤷🏿♀️
🧢
Why.
I’ve seen this before in America! It reminds me of rice cakes though lol Looks delicious & I can’t wait to try it!
I like the alternative lifestyle but the lengths humanity will go to in order to imitate this or replace that
I’m always going feral for yuba 😩
Same haha
TuNot
This makes no sense Whats the nutritional value after staying so long in the oven? Im NOT a proponent of cooking fruits to imitate MEAT... Thats not versatility; its more like cancer...
I've never really enjoyed melon but this looks so appealing! I'm definitely going to try it this summer!
I will check out the rest of your channel. Looks good but I hope you went vegan because you love animals! You do know what is done to prawns?
You can love animals and still eat meat. Ethical meat is sourced from farmers who love and care for their animals
I’d call it encouraging engagement
Forgot the sugar for the bread
I Googled it and I was struggling to find a difference between this and the Inari style onigiri, if the tofu skin is the same I wonder if it has that nice sweet taste you get at the sushi restaurants! I bet it goes perfect with this dish
The inari style texture is completely different! It’s also sweeter
I'm a big fan of a similar tofu product called inari-age.
This looks delish! I love yuba
i love yuba!!!!! so good in hot pot !!
Get some meat, not tofu
No
bro what?? 😭😭 let ppl eat what they want
this tastes different. she's not trying to make a meat replacement, she's trying to make something different but still yummy. east and southeast asian cultures eat a lot of tofu as an actual ingredient. mao po tofu sometimes has tofu AND beef.
Leave processed food alone you mean.
No one went feral that dog doodoo lookin sandwich
id never heard of yuba before! looks delish
Looks delicious!! I'll have to look for young coconut around me.
Sameee i was in and out of the ER before i became vegetarian. Turns out i had GURD!! I eat meat again nd my stomach isnt as much of a problem anymore but ive come to LOVE a lot of veggie and vegan foods. I also eat a lot more vegetables now which is a plus
just curious- is it supposed to taste like tuna [unseasoned]? or have a similar texture to tuna?
Me too, except meat fixed my issues.
i love poke and watermelon and i would really wanna try this! looks delicious!
as someone who just does not care for watermelon, i would still try this. It sounds intriguing.
Same. It's not the flavor but texture that I don't like.
Good for you God bless you
I would say baked watermelon. Just like i eat grilled fruit
I have had a water melon steak and I’m not even vegan it was so good, my kids liked it too.
Why do vegans want to mimic anything? Why not just eat your vegetables and call it a day. You tell me it's vegan "tuna" and I taste watermelon I guarantee you I will be disappointed!
Ikr, being honest might have me pleasantly surprised, but expecting something similar to tuna will most likely leave me thinking its meh
...because it's fun? and tastes better? i could say "why don't you meat eaters just go eat your meat plain and call it a day?" uhh.. because that would be boring and plain. i'm pretty sure once you season this it won't taste like watermelon. i'm trying it tonight so maybe i can update you on that
@@439801RS she didn't lie though... she said it's watermelon meant to mirror tuna. that's what it is and because of the seasoning that's what it tastes like
@@herrforehead1279 nice false equivalent, nobody is telling vegans to not season their food. What they're doing is like saying a hotdog is wagyu beef It's misleading at best and straight up lying at worst Cause we all know a bean burger doesn't taste like beef, it can still be delicious, but it's not beef
@@439801RS no one is calling a bean burger beef. it can still be called a plant-based burger because it is
some of yall haven’t had good watermelon (or had it cooked well) and it shows lol! this looks pretty good as someone who likes watermelon!
Or people are maybe allowed to not like the same foods as you Also, now there's more for you, be happy
I've seen people pickle rings before but it's always sweet which makes me gag. This looks so good! The sauce sounds amazing 🙌
